The LAST thing we want to do is auction your stored property, and we go to great lengths to avoid it.  We TRULY only want to collect rent!  However, sometimes all of our collection efforts fail and the tenant just doesn't respond.  In those cases, we are left with no other option but to follow the Ohio guidelines for Self Storage facilities.
